We give you a full year (365 nights) to decide if your Nectar mattress is right for you. If you don't love it, we'll pick it up and provide a full refund.

How long does shipping take and is it free?
Shipping is free within the contiguous United States. Most orders arrive within 2-5 business days via FedEx Ground.
Do I need to flip my Nectar mattress?
No, Nectar mattresses are designed with a specific layered construction and should not be flipped. We do recommend rotating it 180 degrees every 6 months.
Does Nectar offer financing options?

What should I do if my mattress arrives damaged?
If your order arrives damaged, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will arrange for a replacement to be sent at no additional cost to you.
